The following are the Terms and Conditions of the GetSolar Pte Ltd (“GetSolar”) Referral Program.
Referrers and Referrals are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program.
Definitions
Eligibility Criteria
An eligible “Referrer” who is fully compliant with these Terms and Conditions may receive “Reward(s)” for every qualified “Referral” (all terms in quotes to be understood as defined below).
An eligible “Referrer” must be an existing GetSolar customer with a valid referral code to be eligible for the referral program, that will be disseminated to the Referrer via email/SMS. A Referrer will be contacted if a Referral has met the qualifying criteria above and is entitled to the referral reward.
A Qualified “Referral” means that the following conditions are met:
- The Referral has successfully completed the solar simulator with the Referrer’s referral code.
- The Referral has signed, and installed their solar system with GetSolar under GetSolar’s Rent-To-Own programme.
- The Referral is at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Singapore in a landed property, and meets the criteria to install a solar panel system as assessed by GetSolar.
- Referrals who have already successfully completed the solar simulator prior to the referral programme, but have yet to receive a sales proposal from GetSolar, are also eligible for the referral programme provided that they have a referral code from a Referrer.
Rewards
The Referrer shall receive one (1) “Reward” in the form and value determined by GetSolar for each Qualified Referral generated by Referrer.
A “Reward” is defined as a SGD $250 direct cash payment to the Referrer, given that the Qualified Referral has scheduled & installed a solar panel system through GetSolar’s Rent To Own program.
Program Participation
To participate in the program, Referrals must enter the referrer’s referral code in the appropriate field through the GetSolar online solar assessment tool (https://simulator.getsolar.ai).
By participating in the Program, a Referral represents that he or she has the Referrer’s prior consent to provide their information.
Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. Referrers cannot refer themselves. For example, a Referrer may not use multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
Limitations
Redemption is limited to one (1) referral reward per Referral, or new customer.
Referrers may receive only one (1) referral reward for each qualified referral.
Should more than one Referrer refer the same Referral, only the earliest submission by the Referral on the GetSolar’s online solar assessment tool would be considered.
The referral reward cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or prizes.
Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
If the Referral fails to comply with any other instructions or provides GetSolar with incorrect or fraudulent information, they will forfeit their right to claim the referral reward.
Redemption of Rewards
The Referrer will receive the Reward after the solar panel installation of the Referral is scheduled & completed with GetSolar, and will be issued by the time the installation of the Referral’s solar panel system is complete.
Note that promotional reward is not subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).
General
The Program is administered by GetSolar Pte. Ltd.
GetSolar Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.
Verification of Rewards
Rewards are subject to verification.
GetSolar may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation.
GetSolar may also refuse to verify and process any transaction GetSolar deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on GetSolar, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
All of GetSolar’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, or Reward is verified.
Disqualification
GetSolar reserves the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, fails to include any disclosures as required by GetSolar or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws.
Content Ownership And Use
GetSolar reserves the right to publish and publicise photos and details of the customer’s solar system, whether in association with the Promotion or for general publicity purposes.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed and construed solely in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Both Parties agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction in Singapore and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought solely in a court in Singapore.
Waiver and Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way. The Parties agree to replace any invalid provision with a valid provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision. The waiver by either Party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate or be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any separate written order form (if applicable), sets forth the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties and supersedes any and all oral or written agreements or understandings between the Parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. It may be changed only by a writing signed by both Parties. Neither Party is relying upon any warranties, representations, assurances or inducements not expressly set forth herein.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
GetSolar Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, withdraw or revise these terms and conditions, the reward and/or the methods through which rewards are earned at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion. In such an event, GetSolar shall not have any liability whatsoever. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to GetSolar to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
Agreement
By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referrals agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions.
