Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern the GetSolar Pte Ltd (“GetSolar”) Referral Program. Referrers and Referrals are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program.

Eligibility Criteria

The Referral Program is open to individuals residing in Singapore who have received a valid referral code from GetSolar. Referrers do not need to be existing customers of GetSolar to participate. Each Referrer will be issued a unique referral code via email, WhatsApp, or other official channels from GetSolar.

This Referral Program is applicable only to residential solar projects. Referrals for commercial or industrial installations are not eligible under this program and may be subject to a separate reward scheme.

Qualified Referrals

A Referral will be considered a “Qualified Referral” when all of the following conditions are met:

• The Referral has completed the GetSolar online solar assessment tool (https://calculator.getsolar.ai/en-SG/) using the Referrer’s referral code.

• The Referral signs up and successfully installs a solar system with GetSolar under the Rent-To-Own program.
• The installed system is located on a landed residential property in Singapore.

• The solar system is successfully installed.
• The Referral is at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Singapore.

Referrals who have already completed the solar calculator prior to receiving a referral code are still eligible, provided they have not yet received a sales proposal from GetSolar and a valid referral code is submitted before proposal issuance.

Referrer Rewards

A Reward is defined as a one-time cash payment of SGD $250 to the Referrer for each Qualified Referral. The Reward will be issued only after the Referral’s solar system has been successfully installed by GetSolar. No Reward will be issued if a project is cancelled, withdrawn, or not commissioned.

The Reward is not subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). GetSolar reserves the right to amend the value or form of the Reward at any time. 

Program Participation

To participate, Referrals must enter the Referrer’s referral code in the designated field during the online assessment process. By submitting the referral code, the Referral confirms they have received consent from the Referrer to use their code.

Referrers must only refer real individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. Self-referrals or fake submissions are not allowed. Each new customer may only be referred by one Referrer. In cases where multiple Referrers refer the same customer, only the first valid entry received will be considered.

Limitations

• Rewards are non-transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold.
• Only one Reward will be given per successful residential project installation.
• This Referral Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or campaigns from GetSolar.
• Referrers may refer multiple individuals, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Verification and Disqualification

• All Rewards are subject to verification.
• GetSolar reserves the right to delay or withhold payment if any verification processes are pending or if fraud is suspected.
• GetSolar may deny any Reward that it determines to be in violation of the Program terms or in conflict with the integrity of the Program.

Content Use

GetSolar reserves the right to use general details and imagery related to a customer’s solar installation for promotional or publicity purposes. No personal or sensitive data will be shared without consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Both Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions.

Waiver and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any future breach.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and complete agreement between the Parties with respect to the Program. No other representations, statements, or agreements shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both Parties.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

GetSolar Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, withdraw or revise these Terms and Conditions, the Reward and/or Program mechanics at any time without prior notice. In the event of inconsistency, the interpretation most favourable to GetSolar shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.

Reward Disbursement Timeline

Referral rewards will be processed on a monthly basis, after the referred customer's system installation is completed. Payment will be made via bank transfer or PayNow, as specified by the Referrer. The full payout process including internal approvals and bank detail verification may take up to one calendar month from the date installation is completed.

Data Privacy

By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referrals agree that their personal data may be collected, stored, and used for the purposes of administering the Referral Program. Data will be handled in accordance with GetSolar’s Privacy Policy.

Agreement

By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referrals are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
