How does the Solar AI LeadSearch platform help me?

Where do you get your data from?

We combine open and governmental data sources with a network of data providers, and augment that with proprietary machine learning technologies to provide you with data across properties, solar estimates as well as their owners and occupants.

How accurate is Solar AI’s data?

Solar AI’s solar estimate is calculated by identifying the usable area on rooftops for installing solar panels, taking into consideration rooftop type and material, and combining that with coordinate-level solar irradiance data. We do not yet take into account shading and have to make some simplifying assumptions on solar panels used. Our solar estimates are not intended to replace the rooftop solar design process. Today, our accuracy for a rooftop solar estimate is ~80%.

We also use 20+ structured data sources in addition to various unstructured and geospatial data sources like satellite imagery at different update frequencies. As a result we will not be able to guarantee that our data is 100% accurate. However, we aggregate, cross-check and verify the data on our platform to the best of our ability in order to ensure you get the most accurate and up-to-date information.

What happens if the data I purchased is inaccurate? Do you have a refund policy?

While we will not be able to guarantee that our data is 100% accurate and complete with more than 30 data fields on each prospect, it is our utmost priority that you are satisfied with the data that you have purchased.

If you have purchased our Property Data Sheets (download a sample here) discovered that the prospect is misqualified (for example, if the building already has solar panels installed or the solar estimate is at least 20%  below your installation criteria), write to us at for a credit refund request within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Credit refund requests will be assessed on a case by case basis.

You’ll get the most out of Solar AI by using our platform to identify new prospects for outbound sales. Because closing a project can take up to 12 to 18 months, use Solar AI to invest your time on the prospects which really matter and build a more predictable outbound sales pipeline.

How can I make sure I am compliant with PDPA when using the Solar AI LeadSearch platform?

Solar AI only aggregates business-related data, such as email addresses which are used for business purposes, and job titles of a company’s employees. We proactively monitor our data and research practices to make sure that the contact information we provide is compliant with data protection and privacy laws like the PDPA.

How will you deliver the data that I have purchased?

The data you have purchased will be delivered in a PDF format to your email address. Download a sample PDF here.

After your payment has been approved, we will process your order within 24 hours. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with the information you need to access our product download.

Can I export my purchased leads?
